In a grand step towards bolstering its presence in India, the Trump Organization is on the brink of making India the home to the highest number of Trump Towers globally, surpassing even the United States. With plans for six more launches across Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, the luxury real estate brand is about to redefine the Indian skyline.
Currently, India boasts four Trump Tower properties located in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Kolkata, spanning approximately 3.5 million square feet. These luxury towers cater to the high-end real estate market, with an exclusive clientele that includes high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and Bollywood stars. Notably, 20% of the buyers are Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), adding to the international appeal of these iconic developments.
The Gurugram and Kolkata properties are set for delivery by 2025, and the collaboration with prominent local developers such as M3M Group in Gurugram and Unimark Group in Kolkata ensures that these luxury residences will meet the highest global standards.
Tribeca Developers, the licensed partner of the Trump Organization in India, led by Kalpesh Mehta, is driving this major expansion. Following a meeting with Eric Trump at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida, Mehta confirmed that the Trump brand is set to sign deals for six new properties totaling 8 million square feet. These developments are anticipated to bring in over ₹15,000 crore in sales.
Among the six upcoming projects, Pune is set to host India’s first Trump Office project, a major commercial development that will feature two iconic towers and 1.6 million square feet of office space. This marks a significant milestone in the luxury commercial real estate sector.
The Pune real estate market has already seen success with the Trump Towers project in the Kalyani Nagar area, developed by Panchshil Realty. These 23-story towers feature 46 exclusive single-floor apartments, designed to offer ultimate luxury. Each apartment covers 3.69 lakh square feet and includes 5.5 BHK configurations, providing ample living space for affluent buyers.
Prices for these ultra-luxury apartments have been rising steadily. From ₹23,000 per square foot between 2013 and 2017, the prices have surged to ₹28,000 per square foot in 2024, marking an upward trend that reflects the brand's prestige and the rising demand for luxury homes in Pune.
The surrounding market in Kalyani Nagar also sees premium rates, with prices ranging from
With more Trump Towers on the horizon, India’s luxury real estate market is set to experience a major transformation. The upcoming launches promise to offer even more high-end living and commercial spaces, reflecting the growing demand for luxury and branded real estate in the country.
Kalpesh Mehta and Tribeca Developers continue to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the Trump brand across India. With strategic collaborations and an eye for excellence, they are shaping a future where India will stand as the leader in Trump Tower developments globally.
