In a groundbreaking moment for the coworking space sector, WeWork India has reached a monumental milestone, bringing its total number of operational desks to a staggering 1 lakh across the country. This achievement was marked by the grand opening of the IWF Campus in Bengaluru, a state-of-the-art facility located in the thriving Whitefield micro-market. Spanning over 110,000+ sq-ft and spread across three floors, the new campus is designed to offer flexible workspaces for businesses of all sizes.
The IWF Campus, strategically located on Whitefield Main Road, boasts of seamless connectivity and an array of features to foster productivity and collaboration. The ground floor welcomes members with a spacious double-height entrance lounge and a vibrant cafeteria. The first floor hosts the main management area, while the second and third floors are dedicated to flexible co-working spaces designed to accommodate diverse business needs. The campus is conveniently accessible with four-lane road access via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road, and the Singayyanapalya Metro Station just a five-minute walk away, making it the ideal choice for entrepreneurs, startups, and established enterprises alike.
As WeWork India celebrates this momentous achievement, it continues to strengthen its presence across India. The company has announced the upcoming launch of WeWork Building 6 in DLF Cybercity Gurugram and WeWork Building 10 in DLF Cybercity Chennai, both of which are set to open in Q1 2025. These new locations will further extend WeWork India’s footprint, especially in the business hubs of Gurugram and Chennai, reinforcing its commitment to delivering flexible workspaces for diverse industries.

The DLF collaboration marks a new chapter in WeWork India’s growth story. With DLF Building 6 in Gurugram, WeWork extends its longstanding partnership with the real estate giant. This location, set in North India’s largest micro market, will offer more than 1,400 desks across 1.17 lakh sq-ft. The building will benefit from excellent road and metro connectivity to New Delhi, ensuring an unmatched workspace experience for its members.
In Chennai, WeWork India continues its expansion with WeWork Building 10, located in Manapakkam, one of the city’s prime business districts. This location will span 1.26 lakh sq-ft and accommodate more than 1,900 desks. As the second WeWork space in Chennai, it is poised to serve the growing business community in the southern part of the country.
