About The Role
The Director of Sales at Sell. Do is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and leading the sales function
This role is critical for driving revenue growth and achieving the company's sales goals right from demand generation to deal closure
The Sales Director shall be responsible for India growth and International GtM across enterprise SaaS accounts
He will be expected to build teams and manage accounts ensuring planned SaaS metrics like LTV, CAC
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
Set revenue targets and track progress, making adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed to ensure consistent growth
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities, threats, and competitive intelligence
Have a deep understanding of the company's products or services and their value proposition to effectively communicate with customers
Continuously optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification product demo, and conversion, to maximize efficiency and productivity
Should have expanded the business into other domestic and international GTMs
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a similar strategic sales & account management role or relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales, in the technology industry
