Dushyant Singh, Director of Orion One 32, points out that the Noida Expressway has evolved into a key destination for high-end commercial complexes, IT parks, and shopping malls, thanks to its strategic location and robust infrastructure. This growth is supported by government initiatives aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure, further solidifying the Noida Expressway’s status as a commercial real estate powerhouse.
